Tips for Authors: Let us know how you’re spreading awareness in National Family Caregivers Month
This week, we have a special message for all of our authors and contributing writers:
Tell us how you are spreading awareness of National Family Caregivers Month! We want to share the good news about what you’re doing with our readers. Just a few weeks ago, I wrote a column about the importance of “Media Mentions”—including a recent example and tips for sharing these valuable news items with us.
Then, this week, I also wrote about the importance of National Family Caregivers Month in honoring—and raising awareness—of the more than 50 million American men and women who tirelessly provide care for loved ones every day.
I hope to receive emails from our authors and contributing writers throughout November! That’s because I know many of you are doing good work all the time. This is the month to share with us the good work you’re doing on behalf of caregivers.
Please: Make it a priority this week to think of a way you can help spread awareness—and send me a short news item about what you’re doing.
We hope to encourage even more good work on behalf of all those Americans who wake up each morning, devoting their energies to the care of loved ones.
